We have used Mr. Rooter twice and both times they answered right away and came out extremely quickly to diagnose and fix the issue the next day. When I called them for our next issue over a year later they quickly pulled up our account and had our information. When it comes to plumbing issues, time and efficiency is of the essence and they have proven to be quick, competent, reliable and friendly.

Technician was polite, knowledgeable and informative.

They were very responsive when I needed the kitchen sink drain cleared providing same day service. Sergio was courteous and responsive to my concerns.
