Fast, professional, and reasonable. They took care of my hot water heater and helped me fix a few other issues around the house. They didn't try and sell me more than I needed and answered my questions honestly.

I woke up to a sewer back up on a Sunday! I called a few different places, nobody had time. I called Mr Rooter and they made time for me. The gentleman that showed up was extremely polite ( even though I'm sure he was on overtime and just wanted to go home), and he made sure I was good to go before he left. I would definitely call them again!

The communication was fantastic. When they are getting there etc etc. Found issue quick, had to replace guys of toilet etc. was a bit pricey, but it is plumbing. Tech was super nice and did a nice job.

We’ve used Mr Rooter multiple times since we moved into our home and are always happy with their service, but today we found out we had to replace our water heater unexpectedly. Our tech Jakob was our night in shining armor - he took the time to explain the issues to us, diagnose the problem and solution it. He installed our new water heater quickly and was kind enough to answer any questions we had while he worked. He truly went above and beyond with customer service. We were so happy with the job he did and hope to have him treat any more issues we may have in the future. Thank you Jakob and Mr Rooter!

Trevor evaluated our sewer line problem and carefully explained what he could do to fix it. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixable today without further equipment, but he scheduled a follow up for the next day with an underground specialist. He also made sure to leave the drain in a safe condition for us to use. We are grateful for his professional service.

Very friendly and clean coming into my home was very thorough about what the issue was and what may need to be done for it in detail. Was able to recommend the camera guy for our line and did what he could in our clean out as our situation is very difficult in our plumbing. Will definitely use again in the future.
