We had several plumbing companies come out and suggest the best option to replace a water heater in our master closet. We chose Mr. Rooter as they offered a solution which was cost effective and eliminated putting a new water heater inside the bathroom closet. Both Joe and Ken were a professional and ethical team, who from start to finish, gave us several options with quotes on those options and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We got a recirculating pump on our water heater in our garage and had piping installed outside to connect to the master shower and manifolds in the master sinks. Their follow up throughout the process was top notch. Ken, the plumber, was very attentive to detail and very thorough in the work he performed and explained the process in layman's terms. We are very pleased that we chose Ken and Joe from Mr. Rooter and would highly recommend them for any plumbing work because of their professional and ethical standards an ed the work they performed.

Brad was terrific. He called ahead to confirm appointment details and get more information about our water heaters. He arrived on time and promptly got to work. He was a real trooper too. It was snowing hard and so cold but he worked through it like it was a sunny spring day. We wouldn't hesitate to use Mr. Rooter again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

After calling 3 different shops and having appointments fall through or get pushed, I called Mr. Rooter and had a response text within 10 mins. They were able to get out within 2 hours and were very responsive. The Tech they sent out was Gabriel - Super knowledgable, skilled and courtious. We showed him the issue and we went full attack mode on it. He couldnt clear the clog from the first access point and he went to the next, and the next and the next. He finally was able to clear the drain and get us flowing again. He was awesome, quick and accurate - showed me the blockage on his camera and had a number of maintinance suggestions. Mr. Rooter, the company, was great and their speed was commendable - on a Sunday - between holidays - 10/10 would request them again and absolutely would request Gabriel everytime.

I have used Mr rooter for years. Always feel like they are prompt and fair and tackle the problem at hand.
