Dylan and crew went above and beyond my expectations in getting water to my house. Have used Mr. Rooter if the Cape Fear since 2015 and they have always been quick to respond, professional recommendations, job quote prior to work, fast professional work. Would recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

Harold from Mr Rooter Plumbing came buy to give me an estimate for unclogging a drain. Reviewed the issue an said he could fix the issue in less than 2 hours. I took him up on this since he was here with all his equipment. In less than 2 hours the drain was fixed and works as it should. I am very happy with the work done and highly recommend Mr Rooter.

We had a complicated problem. The team explained things well what had to be done. They went the extra mile to deliver a job well done. Friendly team.

Being a retired Journeyman plumber myself, Harold represents both professionalism, knowledge and dedication to correct a very difficult drainfield blockage along with his very hard working apprentice, Levi.
