Our home has been having sewer, clogged pipes, & flooding problems in our basement for the past few months. We used a local plumber, but the problem persisted. Brad was very professional, knowledgeable, & gave us a better understanding of our problem. He also gave us solutions to prevent the problem from happening again. We recently had a flood in our home and called Mr Rooter’s 24/7 emergency help. We needed immediate assistance to stop water spewing from a well pressure tank that broke in our home. Not only did Mr. Rooter’s emergency help line assure me they would send someone out within a half hour, the service professional who arrived within 20 minutes, Gene S, was truly a lifesaver. He quickly assessed our emergency and was able to stop the water. Although we had flooding, it could have been even worse. Gene was professional and quick to install a new tank. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. Gene got the job done, minimized our damage and provided helpful information. Gene, thanks for all your hard work. I would 100% recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing service.

Great!! On time, solid work, super professional and didn't track up my home ! Fixed my sink, highly recommend!

So I called them because I had a kitchen sink drain clog. Gene came out and was fantastic and very professional. The only issue I had was the price. There was a Nov $75 discount and even with that I still paid almost $400. I'm not sure I'll use them again and will definitely shop around next time.
