So I called them because I had a kitchen sink drain clog. Gene came out and was fantastic and very professional. The only issue I had was the price. There was a Nov $75 discount and even with that I still paid almost $400. I'm not sure I'll use them again and will definitely shop around next time.

Chris did a great job evaluating and sharing camera views of our backed up sewer line in our house.
