Very professional, communication was great. He came earlier than expected and explained to us what was going and what we could do to help if anything occurs in the future. Super friendly Justin did a great job and was done within 30 mins or around that mark. They went above and beyond. We had a garage drain backing up whenever we ran anything and he made sure prior to leaving that everything ran and nothing backed up. I have called Mr. Rooter several times over the last two years for various plumbing issues and they have provided consistently excellent service. They recently unclogged the main line to the septic tank. It was a mess but Nate was efficient and informed me every step of the way. The problem was resolved in 30 minutes!
