The folks at Mr. Rooter Plumbing were very helpful and completed a site visit for our project in a timely manner and supplied us with a written quote for the repairs.

Today 11/5/24 We had a blockage in our toilet. We were unsure of how to fix the issue on our own. I called Mr.Rooter to hopefully get a plumber out today to help us. 1.5 hours later I had the pleasure of having of of the nicest guys come and fix the issue. He was so considerate of my sleeping 1 year old. He explained everything that he was going to do and explained the noise associated with it. Within 40 minutes, he extracted the baby item out of the curve of the toilet. We had a good laugh and he allowed me to clean up around where the toilet goes before reinstalling it. 10/10 would recommend! Ask for Nick Smiley! Thank you so much for helping us, Nick!

I had Jake come out and fix my washer ans dryer valves in our new home that the owners did not properly care for. The copper pipes busted in my hand when I tried to tighten valves and I was like oh no! I called everywhere and nobody was available but Jacob came within the hour and fixed it allowing me to turn the water back on. This is a tech I will continue to request because he was so kind and got the job done!

I had a gas leak. The gas company comes out..says it's the new water heater from Mr. Waterheater..they didn't tighten the gas line and it was leaking..t they tightened it..told me to call a plumber..this is on a Friday night..so Sater morning I call a few places ..no one gets back to me..I call Mr. Rooter..They send William out the same day..He fixes everything for me. Really nice guy! I didn't think the price was bad either! Great service! William is super nice too! Did the work on a Saturday..nice!

Cody was the plumber from Mr Rooter who came to resolve my plumbing issue. He was terrific. Very personable, knowledgeable, took time to explain all that he would do to fix the problem. As usual, my problem was not an easy fix, but Cody was very patient, and took extra time and carefully took care of the problem. He cleaned the tub and bathroom floor thoroughly. I was very impressed and fully satisfied. He also wore coverings over his shoes at all times. I will, and already have recommended Mr. Rooter to friends and family. All this and a very reasonable price, and a response time of 45 minutes from the time I hung my phone up. Bravo! Mr. Rooter

Chrisie was our technician. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. She did everything she could to verify that the water leak was not from a leak in plumbing but that we got too much water on the floor and in seeped onto the ceiling downstairs. She made sure to explain everything to me as she was doing it and asking me if I was ok with what she was doing. She was very respectful and not condescending. She also had a great sense of humor. That made a not so good situation much better to get through! Thank you all for such great service. Will definitely recommend. And call next time we need a plumber.

We had a leak in our ceiling from old pipes. Mr. Rooter came out diagnosed the issue. Replaced the old piping through the ceiling, which they had to cut out. They were thorough and made sure the job was done right. Our Service Professionals name was Brandon and he was very personable and took pride in what he did.

They were very quick to come and repair and emergency situation. I couldn't use toilets or washer. I had a lot of water and waste everywhere. I just need the company to email me a receipt.
