My profile is about Tim. He removed my old water meter and replaced my waterline. He was very neat and courteous. About a week later Tim replace my hot water heater. I didn’t really want to bother him when he was working, but made idle conversation here and there. We had a brief conversation about the military and I asked him was he a member of the military at one time. He told me his father was retired Navy and a few family members are in the military. I have nothing but respect for members of thei military. Via my talking with Tim, I could see he was a real professional, and was very courteous. This stuff doesn’t happen by accident as I am sure his family upbringing played a huge part. He did a great job, was very neat, and explained how and what he was doing. He did the job in a timely fashion and did not leave a mess. You have an ace of a worker with Tim. He is a true professional. Because of his actions representing your company, I rave about your company to my fellow neighbors. Workers like Tim don’t come along every day. If your employee rating system has 10 stars he gets a 10. Do everything possible to keep an employee like Tim!!!! I know what I am talking about as a retired supervisor of men and women in the public safety sector of almost 50 years in New Jersey. Thank you Mr. rooter and thank you Tim

Tim provided excellent services. He educated me one what was wrong and how to keep up with pipe maintenance. He also reviewed previous work I had done and educated me on how to utilize my warranty to address other needs.

My tech was very helpful and taught me a lot durning my home check list. He fixed the problem and informed me on other damages he noticed. He was also very patient and made me feel super comfortable. I was very stressed about my clogged toilet. It was clogged for over 3 weeks. He fixed the problem in 2 mins. Thank you guys so much!!!

Great work and amazing service

Darryl, Mark, Tim and Nick did an amazing job giving me all the plumbing work needed for me to add a second bathroom to my house. I am so excited to continue this project and invite them back to hook up all the features once I get them placed. Darryl was very patient and kind when having to explain things to me, sometimes more than once.😂 They were all very kind, and also funny, there was also great comradery between them. They worked hard and I am extremely pleased! I highly recommend Darryl at Mr. Rooter for any of your plumbing needs!!

Kyle was very efficient and extremely helpful.

Kyle came out this morning in the Newark area and was great! We got a time estimate of 10-2pm and he was here right after 10 am! He was done within an hour, explained everything really well, and best of all had zero judgement and made me feel really comfortable. Often times women prefer having another guy at home when professional services are being done, but today Kyle had a great presence and super cool vibe. And of course did great work! Thank you, hoping we have no future issues but if we do we know who yo ask for. 10/10
