I did not use this company but I called them to get a price on my problem. They seemed expensive, maybe it's the going rate. However, after describing my issue they were very helpful and told me how they would fix it and that I should just give it a shot myself. They described in great detail and were honest about the repair. I didn't use them but feel they didn't have to describe exactly how to approach the repair. Will call them first next time I need plumbing work.

I have lived in Tampa for 45 yrs Mr Rooter of Wesley Chapel was absolutely the best! James was professional and just took all my troubles and worries away. We had a major clog in our drain. I could not use any plumbing in my home which was really concerning and an inconvenience. The service was quick, efficient, and done right. James explained the issue got right to work. The price was not shocking and very reasonable. I have never experienced this level of service before from a plumbing company. I highly recommend them. You won't regret it. Thank you!!!

James was our tech. He took care of our water problem over a weekend and returned on Tuesday with the new part to complete the job. Monday was a holiday. He was extremely cordial and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
