Called first thing in the morning, Earl and his assistant showed up within the hour, very polite both Earl and his assistant introduced themselves. Was very kind to my 4 year old boy who wouldn't stop showing off his toys to them. Took them about an hour to get the pipes cleared. Double checked the flow before leaving.. would highly recommend both Earl and his assistant.

Earl had been awesome to work with. This was my second time working with him and he goes the extra yard to figure out tricky problems in my old house. I had two separate issues involving rust and clogs with unorthodox piping and he figured out each issue methodically. I’d definitely recommend him and Mr. Rooter.
