We had an emergency, water line busted on our property, tried calling local known companies. Either didn't get an answer, and the ones that did answer told me they didn't come out on Sundays (I thought plumbing businesses would respond to anything, guess I was wrong). So, I went on down the list and came to Mr. Rooter. PUT THIS NUMBER AT THE TOP OF YOUR LIST....They answered the phone and responded to our desperate need. Did a great job!

We had a plumbing emergency at 9:30pm, called Mr. Rooter plumbing and Chris J. was out here within the hour. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and very thorough to fix our issue which was a backup in our plumbing pipes. We are so pleased with his services and are definitely returning customers!

Chris came to my house on a Saturday to fix a water leak in my closet. He was great. Very professional and friendly. He explained everything he did. I will definitely call them again. Very reasonable in price.

Mr rooter of waxahachie in particular Chris was amazing, had an emergency issue with a copper pipe leaking coming up out of the slab corroded and bent to hell 3 ways from Sunday. Chris came out at Midnight on Thursday night and had it fixed relatively quickly and inexpensively, and switched over to pex. Thanks Chris you guys have a customer for life. Great job, great customer service 5 stars.
