Fast and Friendly Service

I highly recommend Mr.Rooter plumbing of Wake County for experience, knowledge. Very professional, problem was solved quickly. Unless I will not be able to use toilet at all. Thanks to Hal , the manager who diagnosed the problem so quick that the problem that toilet over flown, came from tree root got into the sewage and clogged it up. I was a big job. I’m happy it’s done and toilet works as usual !!

Jacko came out with Michael and they not only unclogged the pipe, they did more work in the first 15 minutes of arriving then the plumbing company did in an entire 2 hour visit the day before. Also when given a quote it was a wholistic quote, taking into consideration all the possible outcomes and leaving room for surprises which although expensive I appreciated. I WILL use them again in the future based on today's experience.

5 Stars for Mr Rooter. Hal and his crew worked all day until 9pm to get our issue resolved. It wasn’t easy- lots of work to be done in a cramped crawl space. I will use Mr. Rooter again if I have plumbing issues

Chris Rund was very professional, and knowledgeable. I loved that there was no time wasted during the quote. Chris came in, looked around, and within minutes after he finished his assessment, I had quotes with all of my options. I was kept in the loop for the entire project, and all of our interactions were of the highest quality. I really appreciate all the work that him and his team were able to do in a timely manner, while still maintaining quality. Would recommend to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done.
