We received prompt service and had our stopped up plumbing repaired in 5 days over the Thanksgiving weekend that involved including under our house and pipe replacement. Bill Chrisman and his helper (sorry I don't remember his name) worked quickly (until 10 o'clock that last day) to get the pipe replaced and the bathroom back in working order. I highly recommend the services of Mr. Rooter.
