We had an emergency backup at our new home, and Ryan was here super quickly and took care of it with no problem! He had to remove a toilet, but installed it back (more stable than before) and left the place clean and tidy. I'm super happy with Mr. Rooter and looking forward to their help with all my plumbing needs! Update: We've had Mr. Rooter back out a couple of times and have only great things to say! They were even very gracious when we got antsy and made a false alarm call thinking there was a leak.

Exceptionally fast, great quality. Ryan Shuemake showed up when he said he would, explained the repair, the cost and got to work. Cleaned up the work site. Was pleasant and professional. Also, Mari in the office was awesome. Got me scheduled quickly, with no fuss, and was very sympathic to the plight of having no water!

Bill was wonderful. He diagnosed, dug, and fixed a leak near my meter. Very professional and truly upgraded the materials. I always like learning new things and he was very happy to answer questions and show me things about my meter box and pipe system. Finally found an A+plumber.

Mr. Bill Chrisman and his coworker Landon were very professional. They worked in a timely manner, explaining the process as they worked. The end of result was phenomenal. I can't thank Mr Rooter and specifically Kelvin for saving my basement flood. I wasn't home and I received a notice from Waco water/wastewater that I had unusual water usage, 2700 gallons. I called Mr Rooter, Kelvin arrived quickly. He was professional and quickly replaced the busted pipes. He called a water remediation company to dry out the basement. I'm very thankful.
