Excellent service

Brian and Dylan were awesome! We have dealt with the runaround with so-called plumbers and our home warranty company for 2 days waiting for our plumbing to be fixed. These 2 men came out, addressed the problem, took the time to deal with my ridiculous Home Warranty company (do not use Choice Home Warranty, by the way), and STILL were done in under an hour. They gave me 3 price options, one with a warranty, and completed the job expeditiously and professionally. From now on, I will only be using Mr. Rooter. These 2 young men were fine representatives of your company and deserve very high praise.

I contacted Rooter to look at a small valve leak on my toilet. I was scheduled for service in a timely manner. Ryan D and Dylan were great! The problem I had could have been a major issue had I not called Rooter when I did. They fixed the leak the same day! I was pleased with their customer service, knowledge, and affordability. Thank you!

Quick response to a massive leak at my house. Additionally, Sam the technician, was extremely helpful and did his best to not break any unnecessary flooring tiles to access the slab/pipes. All this and a great price, would definitely recommend for any plumbing issues.

Ryan came out during an urgent situation, assessed and advised, and was able to come back out and fix the issue. I recently had an unexpected surprise when I had to replace my in ground water meter in a short amount of time (hoa) , Ryan and Mr. Rooter came through clutch for me! Customer service called ahead of time to let me know the technician was en route, and when Ryan arrived he was very professional and kind. He promptly got to work to assess the issue and explained what was needed to finish the job. The part happened to be in stock, so Ryan returned the next day to quickly and efficiently replace the meter. All in all, top tier service by Mr. Rooter and Ryan. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future.
