Brian and Deborah opened the door to Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 2016. Starting in the city of Virginia Beach, where Deborah grew up, they have expanded to include both residential and commercial services for all of the South Hampton Roads, including Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, and Portsmouth. The believe in elevating the plumbing trade, providing amazing customer service, and treating all of their employees like family.

Co-owner, Deborah Poole, with Underground Specialist Adem Riecken, and Lead Lining Crew Member, Matt Parker routinely have morning huddles to discuss projects before heading out to the field.

Matt Landry, our Operations Manager joined our team over a year ago. Proving his technical experience, coaching skills, and core values, he was quickly promoted from service manager, to overseeing both our projects and service teams.

Paula has worked for us for five years and currently oversees our Northern Virginia Call Center.
