In one of the scariest moments where nothing is working, calling Mr Rooter was by chance, hoping it wouldn't be a million dollars,. We were so GRATEFUL Johnny was the one who got our call. He and his team were wonderful, clean, neat & tidy, efficient, kind and patient, especially dealing with my dad, who's home this was. One million percent we, as a family would recommend Mr Rooter and Johnny and his crew. The best experience we could have never imagined. Thank you.

Mr. Juan Munoz reported to my home at the scheduled time. I was contacted prior to his arrival to ensure I was ready and aware. Juan was very well mannered and he seemed very knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions. He inspected and gave a quote prior to taking each step explaining what was going to happen and told me the "odds of the operation being successful." He seemingly worked hard and explained all that was happening along the way. When the first operation was not successful because of how old my pipes are (about 60 years old), Juan made another suggestion and quoted me a price again telling me the odds of success. He went back to his office and picked up an additional device that was needed to continue his goal. This time he was successful. Each step of the way I was confident that he was knowledgeable and that I was in good hands. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter again and request to work with Juan should the need arise.

I definitely recommend this company! Bobby came promptly within the estimated time frame given. He carried himself in a very professional manner and was very thorough. Took the time to explain the stuff that I didn't understand and made feel comfortable in knowing what was going on and what to expect.

Bobby was our technician and he did an amazing job. He arrived on time (early, even!), was very professional, gave us an estimate and was able to get started on the spot as soon as he got some additional parts. Knowing that we had the water off, he acted quickly to get the job done right and with haste so we could get back to our normal life. He also looked at another plumbing issue we had with a toilet and helped us out with it too, even though that's not why we had called him out. Would definitely use him again!

Richard and Jim Paterson were super fast and efficient replacing a kitchen faucet and a toilet valve. They were very transparent with all costs which were reasonable and very focused on doing a great job. Very pleasant to work with I have used Mr. Rooter for years and will continue to do so, always reliable!
