Fast and reliable.

Our home warranty uses Mr. Rooter. I have had John come out to my house in Columbus multiple times over the last few years due to septic problems and he has always been able to fix whatever my issue is.

Great communication and very easy to deal with!

I cannot begin to tell you how I feel about Mr Rooter. I had an issue, I called the office and they fit me right it. Troy came out and the problem was taken care of immediately! Almost like magic. Mr Rooter will be my go to for all my plumbing issues.

This company is beyond helpful. Whenever I have a plumbing issue, they have been fast and efficient. The staff is always friendly and knowledegable. 5 stars!!!!

William and Kaine did a wonderful job and fixed all our plumbing and draining issues. This was on a Sunday and they came right after church and took care of business. They were very respectful and professional and gave us much relief from a huge problem! Thank you so much!

I wanted to update my review for Mr. Rooter of Tupelo . Manager called us after complaint and immediately ask what he could do to make it right. I had said all along that the job they did was exceptional but was concerned with the charges for tool they didn't have. He quickly refunded charge in question ! I would definitely use them again! !

Mr Rooter Plumbing is my hero. He came same day called after working out of town ALL DAY. Took him seconds to find the issue left by another plumber. Otis repaired and explained what needed to be done efficiently and effectively. No more issues. He even cleaned under sink. We found our forever plumber. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere.

For Christmas we got the gift of frozen pipes etc.we called Mr. Rooter and on Christmas Day John came and saw the problem which was a total repipe job. We were out of our home for a few days but job was done very professionally. Thanks John.

Great technician came out and installed a new water heater and got a main drain unclogged.

Called for leaking stopped up kitchen sink. Came out at 9:30 pm. The plumber was courteous and knowledgeable. All fixed. Good customer service.

Clogged sewer line in bathroom. Revolved my problem. Reasonably priced. And did not leave a mess in the house. Employee was respectful and knowledgeable.

They show up in a timely manner and get the job done.
