I called to get service for my dad’s house and the dispatcher was amazing! Super friendly and wanting to get the job done ✅ I believe she said her name was cat but I might’ve heard wrong. Anyways, she was so friendly and helpful. Also the tech was great as well. Will definitely be calling them for all our plumbing services

Jose was amazing!!! Him and Jacob got the job done quickly and I highly recommend. I just had my landscaping done so was really worried having to dig my pump up and Jose put all the landscaping back just as good as it was before! Could not even tell. Very impressed with the professionalism and will be using Mr Rooter for any plumbing needs in the future.

Chris Andrade was great! I was able to call on a Sunday and have them come out the next day for a clogged sink drain that couldn’t be fixed with multiple applications of drain cleaner. Chris was very professional and timely, and he did a great job. Unfortunately, I didn’t qualify for the $99 drain clean out special because I don’t have the right kind of clean out for our sink, but the repair fixed the problem and seems comparable to prices in town.

I had a great team..Devin, Erin and Robert tonight that dealt with a difficult septic clean out due to the tank being at the bottom of a rocky hill. They worked very hard to get things up and running the same day....much appreciated.

The issue was very quickly resolved. They were responsive and within a few minutes resolved the issue which was due to a landscaper putting a trap valve in backwards.
