frozen pipes called 8 bus. no one else even called back. they got the job done!

Recently Nate and Derrick installed new PEX pipes on an old trailer due to constant frozen pipes issues. Then Corey and Derrick came out the next day to inspect continued issues. This was all during the recent extreme cold we've been having and all of them, including Char at the office, were great. Very helpful and professional. Today Nate went back to check the indoor pipes that they couldn't inspect last week and was able to give me an assessment of what the situation was in addition to snaking the drain to assist with an issue while he was there. Communication has been great and the issues during all of this were not due to any fault of theirs. Highly recommend!

I had a cabin 2 hrs north of me that I was buying. It had roots in the Septic Tank. Corey arrived early and dug up the septic tank. He removed his coat layed it down in 18' snow and reached down into the crap and removed the roots by hand! Was very polite and professional. Solved my problem with no complaints. Price was reasonable. Amazing Employee! Went far and beyond! Very Happy.

Our service man Caleb was very professional. He was there on time. When he brought in the equipement, he wiped off the snow from the wheels before entering the house. He was very thorough in explaining our issue.
