The service technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He gave us information about what to do to eliminate the problem in the future. He showed us pictures of the tree roots in our pipes that were causing the blockage and backup. He took his time to grind the roots in our pipe to clear the line.

The plumber explained what was the recommended procedure and why it was recommended which I found very helpful. When the job was completed, he thoroughly cleaned up the area where he worked

We were very pleased with Mr. Rooter as the appointment process was quick and they sent out a technician, Caden, within a few hours. He fully resolved our problem and explained what he did. This is our second favorable experience with Mr. Rooter.

Nate was fantastic and went above and beyond the call even clearing the drain in my bathtub. One thing we asked to be done was not however and that was pictures of the pipe where it connected to the tank. Other than that could not have asked for better service
