I am really impressed with everything from the time I called MR. ROOTER. I was notified when they would arrive along with a photo of the guy who would be doing the inspection. Edward was very polite & explained things to me and showed me the pictures of my problem in my bathroom sink drain. The cost was very reasonable & came with a 30 day guarantee. Had Mr. Rooter come out to unclog main drain. At first it seemed almost impossible but these guys stuck it out and were determined . After a couple hours they were successful. Never had any plumbing company so determined to unclog and make this customer one happy customer. Highly recommend these folks! Thank you for all the help.

They were able to schedule quickly, fixed problem with little problem, But.... Most important to me, I had question about another problem. I was willing to make another appointment, but he listened, looked at problem area and solved problem that another plumber missed! I was happy and a dedicated customer!
