Competent, considerate, and kind - just go ahead and hire Mr. Rooter! My house is at the age where a number of its systems needed to be replaced, so I’ve had a lot of estimators and technicians out here. Mr. Rooter was the first time a company actually gave me what they promised, and sent a team of experienced folks out here to do the work. We had a big job – repiping the first floor because the old galvanized pipes in the slab were failing – and the construction of our house made things extra difficult. Bryan and Kiel worked hard to come up with creative solutions that minimized the impact to our walls, and completed everything on-schedule. They brought another friendly fellow with them (I missed his name, sorry!), who seemed to be learning. He helped move things along and complete some side projects for me, and it was great to have the extra manpower while still having the more experienced guys to consult and handle curveballs. With other companies, you’ll get an experienced person to give your estimate, but they send a troop of well-meaning but underqualified folks to do all the work. Mr. Rooter was not like that for us. They were all extremely conscientious to keep things clean and respect our stuff – I noticed they took their boots off when going up the carpeted stairs without me even asking, and made certain curtains they were moving for me didn’t drag the ground. They also worked thoughtfully to keep our water as much as possible – I was expecting no water for 3 days, but they prepped absolutely everything and managed to do the hookups in just a few hours on the last day (although they said this isn’t always possible). Holly was great at helping us schedule and communicating updates. She even came out to our house after some complications meant she could help finish things on time. Overall, the best experience we’ve had with any home improvement company! I would definitely hire them again.

Used em 2x. First time, they recommend that it’ll be cheaper for me to get a new dishwasher rather than pay to get the old one repaired. Nice, honest work, as opposed to “trying to fix it and sending me a final invoice.” Second time, they provided a simple solution to my issue: use the correct product. Correct product cost me $7. Much better than “fixing” the problem and sending an invoice. Good, honest company.

First, the specialists were extremely helpful, and put up with my questions, and talked me through the process of changing a natural gas water heater. I’d also be remiss if I didn’t mention Holly, who talked me through the quote and kept me updated on when they would arrive through phone calls and texts. All of this combined made the experience of swapping out a hot water heater over the holidays bearable. I only say, “bearable,” because not having hot water is just aggravating to start with. Would absolutely recommend them again.

A little pricey ($500) for a water jet cleanout but customer service was top notch. Emailed me a video of the problem spots and where the roots were getting in. Would use again.

I was glad to have service scheduled the day after I called. It was prompt and competent. I had a new sink installed, a dishwasher reinstalled, and an exterior spigot reseated in the wall.

The service provided was done professionally and timely. I was notified ahead of time that the plumber was en route to my house. He gave me options, then explained the possible results with each. At one point, he called me in to show me the "flushed" object. He retrieved it, completed the work very neatly. Thank you for turning an almost disaster into a great remaining of the day!
