The plumber who came to my house explained what he was going to do to unclog the sink, went right to work, explained as he worked, and cleaned up before he left. He was knowledgeable and professional.

Nathan from Mr. Rooter was fast and competent, and even gave me a helpful tip on some work I was going to DIY. Will definitely use this service again next time.

We had a first guy out and that was unsuccessful and actually caused further issues. That same day we had a second guy out and the pluggged drain line was remedied.

Had Tanner come out today to unclog my main drain. He talked me through everything and checked to make sure nothing was leaking first. Cleared the main and had the camera guy, Ken I think, come and inspect to make sure it was all good. Basically took the stress out of a stressful situation by talking through what was going on. Got prices before he started the work with a few options as we didn't know if we would need to pull a toilet or anything to snake it. Gave prices for all options before work was started. Definitely will call them again if I have issues in the future.

Yesterday 9/12 I scheduled a time window from 2-5pm & they were here by 2pm. Showed up & he was a big help! It was just a little leak in the garbage disposal that wasn’t put on all the way right. Showed me how to flush out the pipes every two weeks & suggested a product from Home Depot. Was very relieved & thankful! 😌

I am very happy with the service and especially Tanner, who fixed the bad leak in the wall behind the water heater and the installation of the new water heater. This is a great company with very fair prices and they came right out so we were not out of hot water very long…I can highly recommend this company….
