Adrian #2973 was dispatched to our house yesterday after another service tech was unable to clear a clogged kitchen sink the night before. Our house is over 75 years old and still has some galvanized pipe and cast iron sewer drain pipe. Adrian was very knowledgeable and was able to trouble shoot the problem. He solved the drain problem by snaking a pipe in the bathroom. He also showed me what the problem was and how to avoid the problem in the future. We are grateful for his service!

Had a problem with our shower backing up and leaking around our toilet. Called Mr. Rooter and explained the problem. Danny came out and checked the situation. The pipes looked good no clogs or breaks. Cleared the problem. Will definately recommend Mr. Rooter to my friends and will definately use them again.

It was great the way James Keister explained every single step he had to take to get the job done. James is very professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done.James is a complete gentleman. Plumbing is a bit pricey but had to have the job done or it could have cost a lot more. I would recommend James to do any plumbing job for anyone. Now it would be nice to receive a receipt for what we paid and an invoice for what was done from the company. But all n all Thanks to James for the great job done. 01/12/24 I did receive my receipt and invoice just a mistake in spelling in my email it was an easy fix. Thank you Mr. Rooter Plumbing.
