He provided us with an estimate and explained how he computed it. The estimate was acceptable. I have lived in my home for over 40 years without a drop of water in my cellar basement. A recent storm caused my lateral line to break as 4 feet of water flooded my basement. Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Project Manager Luke A. along with his professional team took care of my catastrophe quickly and at a very fair cost. Every was very easy to work with and helpful. Thank you.

When I noticed that my water bill had doubled, I knew there was a leak somewhere. It was a Sunday morning when I found it in the basement bathroom. Kirkwood Plumbing was near to me, so I gave them a call. The lady on the phone was soothing and reassuring and immediately calmed me when she said Jacob was coming immediately. He took care of the situation, talked me through everything and patiently answered all my questions. He was totally upfront about pricing and what I needed . Never once did he pressure me in anyway. They’re my go-to from now on if I ever again need to be “rescued”!

They came right over and took care of my situation and gave alternative solutions in case I needed something further done, and no high pressure sales tactics.
