Austin was on time with a bright Smile and Good Morning! To start your day off with a person who greets everyone so nicely, your day will always be wonderful, even when you need a repair person. We are Thankful for Austin's professional expertise. We explained what we experienced with the huge water leak under our kitchen sink. AUSTIN went under our kitchen sink, check ALL CONNECTIONS, PIPES and confirmed my husband's thought. The line was thankfully loose from the RO system. It made a gigantic mess, though. Austin said, turn your main water back on nice and slowly and he checked EVERYTHING AGAIN to make sure that was our one and only issue. OH, Austin explained how the RO connection was connected Pressure Connect. Austin connected it again securely, checked it again so this won't happen again. Fingers Crossed, Smiling. Thank you Austin! It was a pleasure having you in our home to help us older folks out! Edit here: I forgot to mention, Austin placed booties on his feet before entering our home and he was in uniform. We received a telephone call from SARA to make sure we were expecting Austin. Sara was very sweet to call and Text us! Jorge took our call last night to get our repair in action. MR. ROOTER'S TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE and Very Professional! We HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Had an emergency flooding system at my work. Called Mr. Rooter and they had a technician, Mike, here within 20 minutes. Mike was awesome! Friendly, professional, and took care of our issue quick. We are a repeat customer and will not use any other company. Their customer service and technicians are the best!

Robert came to our home to snake our drain, which was a total mystery. He was very professional and was upfront with the best and worst outcome of our unique situation and the possible services/cost needed to get the job done. Explained in detail every step, took the time to break it down for us so that we understood what was taking place. The job wasn't able to be completed that night but he was back the next day to complete it and was successful. Communication was great, he was very transparent, he cared about us as customers and also that he was able to solve the problem and left our home happy. He is definitely a great asset to the Mr. Rooter team!!

Robert was my technician. He was in uniform and placed a front door mat in front of my door before entering. He put on shoe covers as well. Since my issue was the hot water heater located in the garage he was able to remove the covers. Robert was friendly, professional, and explained/ showed me what my issues were. He gave me options for how to handle the repairs. He was not pushy with product or services to perform. Robert treated me with respect and let me ask a ton of questions. I opted to have him fix all the issues because it needed to be done and all pricing was up front. Everything came with a 1 year warranty, parts and labor. I now feel secure that there will be no more leaking or broken parts. Will use Mr. Rooter in the future.
