I have never had such a great experience. I called Mr. Rooter and a guy was here in 15 minutes. He was very professional, clean, good attitude and fixed in a few minutes the problem. Always call Mr Rooter Plumbing. They are just the opposite of a non caring abrupt company called Her and His Plumbing! Use Mr Rooter for any plumbing problems.

I don’t typically write reviews, so the fact that I am writing one is a testament to their professionalism and customer service. Our toilets began to malfunction and resulted in shower and bath pipes backing up as well. Sandro Kozul came out the next day to fix the issue. He was honest, knowledgeable, and efficient for such a big job. Large tree/bush roots were clogging our PVC piping. Sandro diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem, and charged us a fair price. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter and especially Sandro.

I was so pleased today when I called him this morning and spoke with your receptionist, and I explained that my hot water heater had gone out yesterday and if they could get over here this morning, you sent a gentleman out. He came out, assess the problem and was back here within an hour and was very efficient. Very neat. You have great service. I highly recommend your company to many others.
