We had an emergency leak and not only did they fix it but recommended to update most of the pipes in our house. While stressful they made the experience easy and communicated effectively.

I have used them over the past 5 years and they are amazing!!! From the first call to the end of the repair, everyone was helpful,kind& all around great people. My tech new exactly what I needed and got the job done perfect and it didn't even take long. I will always recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone!!!

Professional and got the job done fast.

I had a leak in one of my main pipes in my basement. It was an old metal pipe, which had rust and corrosion. Luckily I called this company and was serviced by vlad. He was able to come out to my home within an hour and replace the entire pipe (the pipe had to be between 10-20ft). The price was reasonable and he was thorough with explaining everything that needed to be done! I would recommend their services to anyone. Will be using them again in the future for my plumbing issues.

I rent my vacation home in Ocean City NJ during July and August. Last night, I had our sewer main from our home plug-up leaving the tenants with no toilets and sewage backing up into our home. After striking out with a couple plumbing companies, I called Mr. Rooter at about 10:30 PM (Sunday night!) and he had our main drain line cleared by 11:45! Vlad was our technician, he called me twice to tell me he was there and then to follow up with what he found. He also interacted with our tenants. The emergency call was a little expensive, but the service and response was above and beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend these folks!

Sergio was a absolute life saver. It's been a 6 month battle with a previous person who thought they knew what they were doing( not from Mr Rooters) Sergio went above and beyond when it came to checking everything making sure nothing leaked. I am definitely recommending and telling every one about Mr Rooter. Local and will always be a customer from here on out
