Brian was so cordial and professional! He explained the “easy fix” that we would try first on my kitchen sink. Then, he described what we would need to do if that fix didn’t work. THEN, he explained how we could do a permanent fix within my budget (if needed). He explained their membership program which is a real deal for homeowners! I will be calling Mr. Rooter to sign up. Thank you, Brian, and the Mr. Rooter team for great customer service!

We had a commercial women’s sewage drain that had been serviced by a few other plumbing vendors in town. Brian Howard with Mr. Rooter performed a professional job of blasting through the 31 feet of blockage and freeing out pipes. I commend his hard work and great communication skills.

I called this morning to get help with a water leak and Brian was here just a few hours later. He was exceptionally knowlegeable about plumbing issues, explained everything well and was just an all around good guy! My repair was done quickly and I so appreciate the service I received today and I felt the charges for the services was very fair.
