Service tech Andy provided us with excellent service today. He was quick and efficient and we also appreciated the knowledge he shared with cleaning and maintaining our drain and pipes!

I had a drain that had completely detached due to erosion and a second that was on its way. Mr. Rooter has someone there in an hour, guy made a quick trip to get the necessary parts (had what was needed for the completely eroded drain that I'd reported, but not for the second drain we decided to add onto the job). Had me back up and running in an hour or two. Pleasant, professional. Will definitely be using them again! (First two photos are finished work. Last two are the damage beforehand).

Joe was very professional and knowledgeable about finding and fixing my water leak In the wall which spread onto my floor.. he was there pretty quickly as this was an emergency call. Will definitely use him again if I need a plumbing issue fixed.

We had a water leak issue and Mark came and identified the source quickly. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly just like the other service technicians we worked with in the past from Mr. Rooter. The awesome people who work in this company like Mark, Joe, Alex and Dave is one of the main reason why we choose to go with Mr. Rooter.

Michael arrived as scheduled, replaced a copper fitting that had broken off under bathroom sink. He also took care of another issue that I had and he answered all my questions. I will recommend Michael if I have any other plumbing issues.

Mike Kinney came out this morning to do an inspection of my interior plumbing systems. He was excellent, educating me about some facets of my plumbing, noting the ages of both the hot water heater and the water purification system and their typical lifespans. He did not try and sell me anything but made me aware of what is available to replace them whenever that becomes necessary. Mike is personable and knowledgeable.
