Mike! Thank you so much for your help. Things took a turn for the worse this week when we saw one of our pipes was leaking Thursday night. Mike came to the rescue promptly on Friday. He was friendly and professional. Found the problem in no time and got everything squared away for us in under an hour. I cannot sing his praises enough! Mr Rooter will forever be the source for our plumbing needs. Thanks again Mike 😊

Mr. Rooter was very quick to get to my home and replace the garbage disposal the same morning I called - it sure was nice getting it done so I could have my lunch and do the dishes right away. It was also very convenient making the appointment online after I did a google search for Mr. Rooter - right after I made the appointment, I got a call verifying the appointment and informing me the plumber was on his way and would be there almost immediately (within like 20 minutes I think she said).

Mr. Rooter was a lifesaver this past week. First, they came and replaced our water heater. Then, we had a water line break in our wall and Mike K. from Mr. Rooter was able to quickly come out and find/fix the problem. Everyone we have encountered from Mr. Rooter has been professional and know their trade very well. Definitely recommend.

Mike Kenney and crew were incredibly efficient and professional. He installed a water heater at our house and left the area cleaner than when he showed up. I have used Mr. Rooter a few times and I am always happy with their work.

Mike Kenney came out to have a consult with us regarding our propane hot water heater. He looked at what we have and gave us some honest, and cost cutting advice. Mike K was my plumber today. I felt totally safe with him in my home. He knew exactly what to do and cleared my problem quickly. He answered my questions in an unhurried way and was polite the whole time he was here. Excellent service !!!

Arrived and hour after I called on a holiday (2nd time they have serviced me on a holiday). Diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes. Extremely professional and friendly plumber. Rooter is always quick and always affordable. Didn't hit me with a holiday surcharge even if it was warranted/expected.
