Last night (06/18/24) around 2230 my wife went to get ready for bed and noticed water had backed up from our master bathroom shower drain and leaked all in to my bed room and made an incredible mess. No faucets, toilets, showers, or baths anywhere in the house could be used as this made the problem worse. We called Roto - Rooter in Redding California, and they were at our house within an hour. We met our plumber Hunter, who met us with a smile and got right to work. Hunter found the clean-out that was clogged and proceded to work his magic. After some serious snaking of our pipes, Hunter was able to clear the obstruction and get things moving again. Hunter ran the camera down through the pipes to ensure it was clear. I strongly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. As horrible as the situation was, Hunter was very professional and knowledgeable and put my family at ease throughout the entire process.

Absolutely the best! They were so responsive, knowledgeable and friendly! Called on a weekend because we bought a tankless water heater and we needed it installed. The person we spoke to was so kind, we told him the unit we bought and he just advised that we do a bit of research on the brand. He did not try to sell us something else, he was still going to come to install it, just wanted to make us aware of the reputation of that brand and he was RIGHT! After we did some research we realized that we did not make the best decision. We decided to have them come in, give us a quote and we decided to chose their unit - and at a fantastic price! Labor and unit! We shopped around quite a bit before and I was quite happy with the price Mr. Rooter gave us. Hunter was the one that came and installed the unit and he did an amazing job! Even swept after his work, left the place spotless! He took away our old unit and boxes that the new one came in so there was no clean up needed for us to do! 10/10! Can’t recommend them enough!

We rent and have issues with roots in the sewer and everytime we have needed a plumber James and a tech are the ones that show up. I highly recommend this company!
