Josh and Amy Creasy are born and raised Texas co-owners of the Mr. Rooter Plumbing of New Braunfels, a true mom and pop, veteran-owned operation with full-service plumbing for both commercial and residential properties. Their company is grounded in trust and family. In fact, both brothers of Josh’s are involved in the company and Josh and Amy are the proud parents of three beautiful daughters and one handsome son. Josh holds a master’s plumbing license and has been in the industry for over 20 years and served as an Army mechanic in Iraq from 2007 - 2011. He is also certified in scuba diving! In 2016 he started his own plumbing company MKR Plumbing, LLC (formed from the first initial of each of his daughters names) and very quickly gained the interest and attention of Mr. Rooter franchise operations. When they approached him to franchise, he recognized the importance of the opportunity and what he could do for the community and his family with the provided resources and very soon after, started the local shop. Josh loves every aspect of the company and trade, especially the problem solving aspect and helping others while taking pride in a nuturing family environment that he and Amy have worked so diligently to build in such a short time frame. Amy joined Josh in the business managing the office and all aspects of operations and marketing in January 2019 after a satisfying career in the healthcare industry. Amy and Josh have the best interest of their employees and customers in mind by building long-term relationships and guaranteeing satisfaction in their work each and every day.
