When the Mr. Rooter Redmond franchise first started out in 1992, we wanted to not only provide excellent residential and commercial plumbing services, although of course this has always been our brand’s primary focus.
More than this, our founder Vinnie Sposari, who by the way was born and raised in Seattle, decided Mr. Rooter would be an endless source of value for customers if it mastered its warranty program.
