I love when they say 8am and he was knocking at my door at 8am. He was so knowledgeable and was welling to answer any of my concerns. Very professional told me what was needed to be done before going on to the next step. Set my appointment on monday around 2pm and in two days was out came in did the job and did it well.

Thank you Gary McBride Plumbing for recognizing your schedule was too full to see us today and kindly referring us to Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Savannah on our behalf. Josh and Avery did NOT disappoint. In fact, they diagnosed and fixed the problem in just under an hour. We greatly appreciated their advice on ways to avoid future issues. These guys were fair and honest!! Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Savannah also offered a fantastic warranty on their first service provided at your address. You don’t get that type of service these days! ***Back story, roughly three years ago a different company gave my in-laws an “estimate” of 20k-30k to “fix” this issue. Thankfully they chose not to pursue the repair at that time. Today, Josh and Avery with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Savannah fixed the problem for under $400. We have a plumbing project coming up in the next month or so (🤞🏻)….guess who we will be using?!?! We will go with the company which demonstrated integrity, honesty, and is confident enough in their work to offer a fantastic warranty on your initial repair service. We will be using Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Savannah!!

I called 6 plumbing companies for camera / locating service. The gal who answered the phone here was super sweet and helpful-whereas the other companies were curt and dismissive. Josh arrived on time and was so easy to work with. He let me watch and ask questions the whole 4 hours he was here. (Poor guy 🤣) I 💯 recommend Mr. Rooter and especially Josh!
