I had the best experience today with Mr. Rooter the two gentlemen that came to my house were very respectful. They put booties on because it was raining out. They close the door every time they came in and out. They were very knowledgeable about everything that they did and they included me Telling me what was going on and what they were doing I’ve never had to hire a plumber before, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat They are craftsmen at there jobs!!

I had a complicated problem with my water pump and the servicemen were prompt, friendly and they did not rest until they had solved my problem. I am very happy with this company and would certainly use them again!

John, Chris, and Josh were great to work with during the replacement of my sewer line. After months of issues, several cameras, and many attempts to fix my sewer line Mr. Rooter was able to fix my problem and was extremely flexible during the planning process and were able to work down from the original estimates given. Initially we thought the sewer line was disconnected at the main under the public road and sidewalk but after digging into the yard to camera from inside the sewer line we learned it was a 10ft belly in the line ending before the sidewalk and road that was causing issues with drainage. This greatly reduced the amount of work needed and the distance of pipe that needed to be replaced (thankfully). John, Chris, and Josh were able to finish the job of digging a 30ft trench and replacing 20ft of my sewer line in two days which was extremely quick compared to what I was hoping for! They helped to reconnect a pipe that came apart in the basement and installed a new toilet in the house as well. I would highly recommend reaching out with any plumbing issues you may have and I know I will in the future.
