Super happy with my experience with Mr. Rooter of Santa Cruz. When I called, it was great to speak with a real person right away, and they sent Jesus over to help with a tough sewer line clog. Jesus did an awesome job explaining each step of the process and breaking down the costs of different options, which I really appreciated. He was able to start right away and then came back the next morning to finish everything up. Great service all around!

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter! We had an emergency water leak and they were able to send someone right away- Hugo and Chris came up, identified where the leak was and fixed it in a matter of a few hours. Super nice, very professional. Will definitely use Mr. Rooter for our plumbing needs from now on.

I have already recommended your services to a lady at my gym. They spent a LOT of time determining the problem and fixing it for me. Scott is so nice and he walked me through what they were doing. We called on a Saturday and got service within a couple of hours. Sage P. was great during the job and made sure all was working correctly prior to leaving! We were grateful for his outstanding service. I would use this company for future plumbing work.

The booking process was easy. The tech came on time, was friendly, courteous, and efficient. They had a very difficult time with our job, and had to actually call for another tech to assist. But they stayed cheerful and positive during the process. They clearly explain options without being pushy, and got us back in service.

I needed a plumber quick, I called and the appt was verified by Sonja who sent a tech by the name of Jesus Dominguez. The tech came on time, fixed my leak by replacing a leaky angle valve. He was quick, efficient and checked the rest of the shut off valves before leaving. I would recommend Mr Rooter again if you need and have an emergency like I experienced.

Mack and Will did a great job fixing my very clogged sink problem and reviewing other issues around the house. The team is very clean, organized and friendly. Everyone is happy the bathroom sink is fixed especially Orla the cat! 😄👍💯
