Luke our technician was beyond helpful. He was courteous ,professional and let us know what needs to be done for the care of our water heater. He was very knowledgable and very helpful to us and getting our water heater functioning tonight . There is a great feeling that a company like this has such nice people working for them . Also , it was even better that there wasn’t a charge for them to correct the issue , whereas allot of other companies would have charged us for the minor technical support that was offered tonight . We will use this company again for any future needs when they arise.

This was our first time using their service, after our house flooded with sewage. It was the scariest, most disgusting experience ever, but Raymond was amazing! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail, and that really allowed us to have a better understanding of what was going on. Raymond was able to rectify the issue, thank goodness. We were extremely happy with his service!

Mr. Rooter was the only plumber in the area able to schedule same day for my clogged kitchen sink drain. Big thanks to Dylan and Noel for being timely and professional. They snaked and hydro scrubbed my lines and my sink drain is cleared and working great, all for a reasonable price. Appreciate the hard work.

Mr. Rooter is the go-to plumbing service. Courteous, professional staff that treated my job (a rather large repair) as efficiently and professionally as possible. This is how a business should be and I am very pleased.

We had a pretty bad roots problem and needed quite a bit of work done, but Mr. Rooter came in clutch and saved the day. I called them one day, and they sent somebody out right away to diagnosis the problem and go from there. Within an hour or so from talking to Tiffany who was an absolute joy to talk to, Raymond was at my door and went to work immediately. He tried snaking the line, and determined that we had a pretty substantial root problem, and informed me that snaking the line just wasn't going to cut it. He recommended the hydroblast service to cut through the roots, and informed me that the original service charge would carry over to the hydroblast service. Unfortunately at this point Joey and Richard joined in the fun, and determined that we needed to have some pipes replaced. Richard explained in depth what they could do and what my options were, helped with financing, and we had a couple of guys out the next morning to get it done. They told me that they would be round at noonish, but I was pleasantly surprised when Ulises and Edward knocked on the door just before 8 a.m. These dudes started a minute or two after they arrived, and were nonstop all diggity dog day long. They went through the tile and through the foundation in what seemed like a few minutes. Before we knew it they were carrying out dirt in buckets, one after the other and they were already at the problem and holy cow we had a lot of roots. They replaced all the problematic pipes and installed a cleanout for easier access in the future. All told, ya boys were here for about 12 hours, but they were awesome. It was one and done all in one day. Relatively painless. Nothing but professional, friendly, and clean. They did what they came to do, and it only took the one day. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with everybody. Seriously everyone deserves a raise, including Tiffany. These guys were my first call, and I'm glad I didn't bother with anybody else. Highly recommend. 10 outta 10 stars.

I was searching for a plumbing company to help my parents out with a leaking water main. First add to come up was Mr. Rooter. Gave them a call, and they came out right away. Nathaniel was very perfessional and explained setp by step to my parents what he was going to do. The work he did was on point. Not sloppy or messy at all. He even replaced the red wood chips in their plant bed. His supervisor that showed up and was also very professional. ( forgot his name) Great company and highly recommend them and appreciate the hard work Nathaniel and his team did at my parent' house. (Didn't get the after pic of the whole yard but got the pic up by the house)

Our water heater gave up the ghost. Mr. Rooter came out the same day we called on a weekend. Ricardo was friendly and professional. Our installation was completed the same day and within the quoted time frame. We are thoroughly satisfied.

Very good service, manager Adam was very attentive and helpful during our plumbing issue. The rest of the crew that came in to assist was also very respectful and answered all concerns we had.
