Although it turned out we couldn’t use your services, your company was prompt, courteous and informative. The technician traveled 180 miles round trip and was here on time. Note we use service line warranty of America to cover our outside water lines. Mr. Rooter is a company they use to service their warranty customers. Very pleased with them both companies.
