Brett was efficient, communicative and straightforward about the problem and how to fix it. He was able to unclog a very clogged drain. I'd request him everytime.

I had a mess in my front yard the clean out opened up and nasty stuff came out. I called Mr. Rooter and in less than an hour they were here. He gave me the estimate to hydro power wash the roots out and cleaned the lines out. I agreed in less than an hour later everything was opened up. He did give me an estimate to replace the pipe so the roots couldn’t get in again. I plan on calling them again in the spring to get that taken care of too. The guy who came out was very nice and friendly. He got right to work. His name was Flannery. I highly recommend using them.

They were able to send someone out within the hour. The plumber they sent was friendly, efficient, and had the new equipment installed before 10:30 a.m.

I had a terrible sewer issue, and I called at 12:30 on a Saturday and 1 hour later they had a technician at my house!! Amazing service and the Tech (Levi Flanery) was the best rooter technician I have ever had. A complete professional.

My line was blocked between the wall and fill valve. The plumber found the easiest and fastest way to access and clear it. Was fast and easy. I paid the basic rate for coming out, no upsale or over charge. I received fast, fair and knowledgeable service. Bravo Mr. Rooter.

We have had to call Mr. Rooter a couple of times over the years to help with a sump pump and most recently a clogged bathroom sink drain. Each time the service was prompt and highly professional. I would strongly recommend calling Mr. Rooter to friends and family for any plumbing needs.

Quick and good repair

Levi went above and beyond to help us. Since moving into our home three years ago, we’ve had nothing but problems. Numerous plumbers have come to assess and clear lines. Levi was the only one who stayed until the job was done. We had a basement drain overflowing and assumed the drain into the sewer was broken. Levi worked on our system for hours, finally getting his scrubber down our main line about 75 feet and making a 90 degree turn and up another 50 ft, clearing what we thought was an impossible task. If he hadn’t done that, we were days away from breaking into the foundation to do a pipe repair. We cannot thank him enough for his willingness to get the job done. 11/10 would recommend him to anyone.

Called for commercial plumbing services for our business on a Saturday in the hopes to schedule someone to come out the following week, but they had a technician there within an hour! Flanery was kind, honest, and knowledgable, and fixed our clogged sinks in about an hour. Even checked the rest of the building to make sure there were no other issues. Will be recommending this company to others and will utilize them in the future for any of our plumbing needs!

John and Tyler or Taylor, we're very professional and great to work with. They had several challenges to get through replacing my outside water faucets. They got the job done and I'm very happy. I chose Mr. Rooter because they are 24/7. They had a tech out right away the first time I needed someone to replace a 40 yo main waterline that was leaking. They were great and friendly and answered all my questions with a smile. Thank you Mr. Rooter!!

First of all, I needed to have my new kitchen faucet installed. I called on a Saturday morning, just hoping to make an appointment for next week. Michelle offered to have someone to me within the hour! Ryan arrived well within the hour and completed my installation in 45 minutes. The bill was reasonable and without an up charge for working on the weekend. This company and their employees are outstanding!
