I was very pleased with the courteous approacg and professionalism I experienced. Curtis explained everything and there was nothing I didn't understand. He found the problem, gave me a price and let me think about it. When I agreed he went right to work. He was precise and neat. The problems were resolved in a short time. I am very happy with his work.

Trey was very fair when assessing our situation and recommended less costly alternatives. He evaluated the problem and unfortunately it did require a costly repair. He worked with us on the timing as we had renters coming in the next day. He communicated with us along the way and sent photos since we were out of town. I feel very confident with his work and appreciate his open demeanor. I have recommended Mr. Rooter to my management company who also agrees they are exceptional to work with.

We had an emergency plumbing situation and Curtis Stull came out within the hour. He was absolutely excellent. He got a tricky septic tank problem figured out and ensured that everything was in perfect working order. He was very courteous, friendly and considerate while working throughout the house. The lady I spoke to on the phone was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company!
