I recently moved to the area and already had a bad experience with another local company so I had my fingers crossed when I called Mr Rooter hoping for the best. It was a Saturday and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no problem servicing me same day. Ok so far so good. From the moment I had the first contact I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to my need. When Matt and Mike arrived the experience escalated beyond my expectations. They listened to my problem and offered more than one solution but tried the least expensive option first. And fortunately it worked. I cannot tell you how professional, knowledgeable and attentive these technicians were and I will call on this company for all future plumbing needs. And I will highly recommend to all my friends.

Lilal (Billy) was great. He worked and he was very conscientious. He cleaned up the area afterwards and spent an additional 10 minutes making sure everything worked exactly as planned. Thank you!! I want to add that today, Daniel, came by to help with a small issue and could not have been nicer.Yay, Daniel. He worked diligently and he reviewed his work. Roto Rooter kept their promise that if something needed to be reviewed they would take care of it. They are true to their word. Their communication is excellent.

I am writing this review because of the excellent service and quality work performed by Derrick the service technican-plumber. He was very polite, knowledgable, courteous and walked me through it all. I had two separate items that required his attention. The work was outstanding and his demeanor and positivity made it painless. I recommend this company and Derrick. Thanks !

Joe the Tech arrived on time and was very professional. He assessed the clogged kitchen sink and explained the needed work n cost. They were done within 40 minutes and left our house without any mess.
