Me. Rooter is all around a good choice and I will use them again next time. Rich was the one who came out this time.

Rich came out and needed an awesome job. He took care of everything we needed him to was courteous, kind, very knowledgeable, and what above and beyond to provide excellent customer service for us I would recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing need. They are an amazing company and my personal technician rich was amazing.

I experienced a water leak in one of my bedrooms, but I had no idea where it was coming from. I called Mr. Rooter and was greeted kindly and professionally. Impressively, I was able to make a same-day appointment. The plumber Tanner showed up soon after. He looked at everything and troubleshot the problem methodically, eventually tracing it to a leak behind the adjacent shower that he found with a camera scope. He was very patient with all of my questions and even showed me what he was doing along the way. Tanner replaced a damaged pex elbow with a much higher quality one than the builder-grade one that had failed, And waited after the water was back on to test for any leaks. The hole that had to be cut in the drywall was done with care and precision and so perfectly that I am installing an access panel instead of repairing the drywall (Which I recommend behind every shower valve). The price was good and he treated my girlfriend, my dog, myself and my house with utmost respect as if it had been his own home. I hope he’s available next time that I need a plumber because this is the plumber in the company that I’m going to from now on.

They are knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They are also so easy to communicate with.

Mr.Rooter was quick to schedule my service and did a great job taking care of our plumbing issue. Ritchie was very good to explain each part of the process and he took pictures and video along the way to document the problem and the repair. I appreciated how careful he was with clean up.

Mr. Rooter is excellent all around. They were extremely responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process of assessing and replacing my sewer line that was damaged in a sever storm. I appreciated their straightforward approach and found them to be very fair. Overall, a really nice team to work with—highly recommended.

If you need plumbing work done, you might consider not wasting your time vetting others. This is the company to call. They are my forever go to company when I need a plumber. Richie Lara and Justin and Tanner and Tanner's Dad, all gentlemen with a fantastic work ethic. Kind and professional, they will spend time just talking to you, discussing the situation and possibilities and listening even to your own ideas. They don't do anything halfcocked or without your complete understand and authorization. Just call these guys and your work is done before you know it. Truly old school, dependable to the nth degree.
