Mr.Rooter was quick to schedule my service and did a great job taking care of our plumbing issue. Ritchie was very good to explain each part of the process and he took pictures and video along the way to document the problem and the repair. I appreciated how careful he was with clean up.

Mr. Rooter is excellent all around. They were extremely responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process of assessing and replacing my sewer line that was damaged in a sever storm. I appreciated their straightforward approach and found them to be very fair. Overall, a really nice team to work with—highly recommended.

If you need plumbing work done, you might consider not wasting your time vetting others. This is the company to call. They are my forever go to company when I need a plumber. Richie Lara and Justin and Tanner and Tanner's Dad, all gentlemen with a fantastic work ethic. Kind and professional, they will spend time just talking to you, discussing the situation and possibilities and listening even to your own ideas. They don't do anything halfcocked or without your complete understand and authorization. Just call these guys and your work is done before you know it. Truly old school, dependable to the nth degree.

Jerod was super helpful, and knowledgeable about what the issue was. Despite not being able to totally solve the issue, because it’s a city water issue, Jerod took his time to get the right equipment and coworkers onsite to diagnose and present options moving forward. Nobody likes to have plumbing issues, but Jerod made it easier to navigate and I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family.
