Everything was professionally handled. The technician was super nice and knowledgeable. They came the same day I called and completed the job! The price was half of what I had already been quoted by someone else.

Shawn from Mr Rooter came and snaked our pipes today. The company’s follow-up before he arrived was Great as for Shawn he was Absolutely Awesome customer service blew me away . Ver Highly recommend this company !!!

Shawn Smith was super nice and very efficient. He was able to help with my immediate problem with a clogged drain and also found larger issues with our pipes we weren’t aware of before they became a bigger problem. Mr Rooters techs are always on time and so nice, highly recommended!

We had problems with plumbing (septic tank) and called on a Tuesday morning. Very nice lady answered and Shawn Smith was out that afternoon. Nice guy, answered all my questions, explained everything well, got me a quote. Next day Shawn and another gentlemen came out, pumped my tank, installed risers, answered more questions, then recovered and spread straw and grass seed!. Even took a quick look at my father-in-laws tank next door. Guys did an excellent job and we are very happy with our service from Mr. Rooter. We have them on our short list of trusted people to call if we have a problem!

Worked with Erick on scoping some buried drainage piping. He helped identify the likely spots where the old drainage was (which it was there) and took the time to thoroughly scope the pipe and communicate what he was seeing the entire time. Very professional and very knowledgeable.

We were happy with the septic pumping service provided by Mr. Rooter in the Winchester area. Our tank was in a tricky spot, so I expected a lot of grumbling. But Shawn, the fellow they sent out, was professional and took care to get his truck into position without damaging our property or complaining. Nice guy. Competent service. Would recommend.
