I called Me. Rooter on December 2 to get a quote on repairs to my water line. I spoke with Amanda on the phone, she was very helpful and seemed to care about getting my problems resolved. She informed me that she would have a technician come out that very day to inspect my lines. Shawn Smith the technician came to inspect my line. He was there a couple of hours. Talk about speedy service. He was very professional and friendly. Erick Ferguson came out the following day to give me an estimate on the repairs needed. He was also very professional and friendly. I asked him how soon could they start he said that they should be able to start the following day. It is very obvious that Mr Rooter requires professionalism from It’s employees. From the Phone calls to the operations everyone was polite and professional. Thanks for a good experience.

I have been dissatisfied with my previous plumbing company for quite some time but dreaded trying to find another one. I have to admit, the recent Mr. (& Mrs.) Rooter commercial caught my attention. I thought, what the heck, this is just as good of a reason to choose them as for any of the many companies for which I have heard negative comments. BTW, the reviews for Mr. Rooter were very positive. When I called to make an appointment, the office staff were extremely nice, very professional, and accommodating in getting me a timely appointment. Today, Hunter came to my home — he was knowledgeable, relatable, and really seemed glad to be providing the service. He also kept me totally informed about the charges as we went through my home’s plumbing issues.
