Great job

Called at 630 am and they were here by 10 am. Levi was amazing at explaining the problem and what options were available to help avoid the problem in the future. No heavy sales pitch. Just information. This is the second time using them and we will put them at the top of the list for any future needs. Highly, highly recommended.

Jademan and Barton did superb work. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I hired Mr Roiter to fix several complex problems and am very pleased with all the work.

He was prompt, told me what he was doing and why, and cleaned up when he was done

Had an emergency pipe leaking in our basement and within an hour of us calling they were here and had the problem fixed. Took less than 2 hrs for all of it. Excellent service!

Came and took care of a one bathroom emergency. Mr. Mitchell the plumber was nice profressional informative and very helpful and restored the use of our 1 toilet.

Woke up on a Saturday to water in the basement, and a holiday weekend to boot. The tech was here within 30 minutes! His professionalism was on the highest level! He was able to figure out the issue and correct the problem verily quickly. He turned what started out as a "pucker-up" moment, to a "relax i got this" moment.

Devin and Chris were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke to us through the plumbing process. We are very pleased with the work and the work area was left clean. I was pleased with the timely and professional service I received from Logan, our Mr. Rooter associate. He was able to come earlier than the time window the dispatcher originally quoted us. He was polite, thorough, and explained our available options at the time of service and for future considerations. He was able to resolve our problem in less than a half an hour, and at a lower cost than originally quoted.
