We love Mr. Rooter. We've used them several times for plumbing issues, and every time they've been friendly and able to dispatch someone very quickly to help. We've also found their rates very fair. I called them Monday mid-afternoon for a shower that wasn't draining and had standing water in it, and Justin was at our house within an hour. He was extremely knowledgable, kind, and was able to fix the issue quickly. And, he spent extra time with us to help us understand the root of the issue, what we can do to maintain our house's old plumbing system well for the future, etc. Thank you, Justin and Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

Excellent same-day service. Shayne was friendly and knowledgeable who worked quickly and efficiently and solved the problem. He explained the process and cost clearly and made sure I understood what he told me. Plus, made the initial call about 10, problem was resolved by 300, so not much time wasted by waiting.

At noon the Saturday before Thanksgiving our water heater showed signs of leaking so after calling one company, that didn’t answer and still hasn’t returned my call a month later, I called Mr Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing. My call was answered promptly and I was told someone would be at my house between 1:39 and 4:30 pm. I also was sent the name and photo of the plumber. He, Justin, called at 3:00 saying he would arrive in 30 minutes. On arrival, as promised, he looked at the tank, needed replacement as expected. He explained all of the options, explained the pricing and did not try to steer us in any direction, he did recommend changing the valves but absolutely no pressure. We decided what we wanted and got the price and he went to work. On completion he swept the area and except for the new heater everything looked as it was. We were impressed with the company, the quick response and Justin’s work The price was almost exactly what we thought it might be before we called. We would absolutely call Mr Rooter again for routine or emergency service again.

From the moment I called in a panic because my heat was off, until the moment he left my home, they were professional, knowledgeable and gave me straight answers which I could understand.
