We discovered a leak that had clearly been going on a few days. The day after we called the technician Eric came out. He rooted out the cause of the problem, gave me a quote, I signed off on it, and he got straight to fixing it. Removed the leaking plumbing and install a new dedicated water line for a fridge. The whole process, start to finish, took maaaybe an hour and a half. He was personable and professional. Also he was very nice to my cat, who is an excellent judge of character Paid the invoice with my credit card right in the kitchen. Easy peasy.
