I thought that it was leaking from the plumbing in the bathroom above it - however, they checked everything out and it is apparently not due to plumbing. They were fast, courteous and they have helped me to rule out a plumbing issue. So - while they are pricey, they told me ahead of time how much the inspection would cost and they were very thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future.
