My experience with the Mr. Rooter Plumbing Extraordinaire was just that "Extraordinary". My 29 year old water heater spilled it's guts water, water everywhere. John & Alvin came to my rescue. They were prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and neat. There was no mess. They cleaned up everything and disposed of the old heater. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter - They will not disappoint!

Team was great - service was quick and clear

This was my first experience with Mr. Rooter. I'd phoned Mr. Rooter at 4:45 PM on a Saturday because our sewer was clogged up causing overflow downstairs which we'd taken all afternoon to clean up. This was an emergency for us because we couldn't use any water. Everything about this service call exceeded my expectations. Mr. Rooter said a service person would arrive sometime in the next 4 hours. It wasn't more than 20 minutes later that Mr. Rooter (Scott) showed up at my door. He quoted me a charge of $800+ which I quickly agreed to because this was an emergency service on a weekend evening. But then Scott was very professional; he did not just take my word for what was wrong. Instead, he methodically tested every line to see exactly where the blockage was. He determined that the blockage wasn't actually in the main line as I had thought, but only in the kitchen/laundry line, which he cleaned out. Because the main line was fine, Scott said the charge would only be $500+, saving us $300! Scott was very personable and very efficient. No wasted motion. And the job took only an hour and 20 minutes. I couldn't be more satisfied with Scott's service.

We had two things done today: we had a new faucet put in by Mike Rhode and our furnace tune up with the technician, Kevin. We've been using Rohde for years. Their service, they are technicians, plumbers, etc., and their office staff are excellent! I have recommended Rohde to many of my family and friends. I wouldn't think of using any other company.

Jordan and Alvin are a fabulous team! After polite introductions, Jordan asked about the sink problem and when it began. I filled him in with the history of the situation. Jordan then proceeded to make his assessment of the problem. The two men discussed how to correct the problem. Clearly this was not their first rodeo!! (As the expression goes) Jordan with confidence, explained the procedure and gave me the price of job. He also thoroughly explained a second procedure if the first did not work, along with pricing. Jordan put my mind at ease when giving me the pricing information. So much less than another local company! I am very pleased with the job WELL DONE!! Had s large obsttuctio in thenpipe about 40’ from thr drain. Crew diagnosed the issue snd cleared it out. Not s chesp thing, but it will be fine for years to come

I am thrilled we went with Mr. Rooter of PK! Our septic was backing up into our shower and they were able to move things around to come same day (which we would have understood if not! Just a bonus). Scott came out to help and was an incredible technician. He was so kind, thorough, and quick! He snaked and unclogged our drain, sent a camera down, found the underlying issue and gave us tips on what to do until we can get to the permanent fix. 10/10 would hire again and ask for Scott! :)

Our rental property had a sewer pipe clogged. We called late in the afternoon , approximately 4:00 PM, right after werecieve a call from our rented. I was assured you would address it that night and recieved a phone call confirming arrival around 8:00 PM. John was the plumber who addressed the call. He called and advised us of the Emergency call cost and said he would evaluate the problem and call back for approval prior to completing any work. After agreeing he cleared the block and checked with a Camera. He called back, advised of total actual cost prior to processing payment. Final cost was the same as estimated cost. John was very polite, informative and helpful. I highly recommend Mr. Router for plumbing problems. Best Regards, Guy
