My consultation and the fix from Ric was one of the easiest and the best. I really liked the can do attitude and just the warmth offered after not having water for an evening.

Our water heater was leaking and the technician, Nicholas, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and was great at communicating. He explained in terms we could understand exactly what was wrong, what caused it, and all our options (including exact pricing for each option); he also explained the pros and cons of each option. He also did everything he could to help us save on costs. I will definitely be using Mr. Rooter Plumbing from now on.

Used this outfit for many jobs over the years. This time was as good. My 2 tankless water heaters were not producing hot water consistently so they came out and helped troubleshoot that it was the check valve on the recirculation line. Got another guy to come replace it and it was $550. I thought that to be kind of high for that but ultimately being in real estate I have some understanding of pricing and repairs. Wished the price was a bit better but its what it is. At least I'll know I won't pay to get that part replaced for the next 12 months. Will call again if need to.

On a Sunday, emergency repair. They kept us updated on when they would be available. The technician was friendly, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the leak very quickly. I would use them again for any plumbing need.

Excellent! Called during an emergency situation on Christmas Eve. Jeremy was able to quickly assess the problem, turning off the water supply, replacing a CPVC pipe that burst, with PEX piping, putting us in contact with a water damage company the same day who came out to dry out the affected areas. 3 days later, our water heater unexpectedly failed. We were offered fair pricing, getting that replaced at a moment's notice right on the spot when Jeremy came on request to check on the prior job done. Quality work. Knowledgeable professionals. Will use again. Highly recommend!
