I had heard some bad stories about Mr Rooter, but I had a sewage backup and was desperate. The plumber that came out not only fixed my clog, but checked to make sure no other issues. He went over and above my expectations.

Tim and Trent came out to unclog a drain in my laundry room. They were friendly, efficient, and found the problem. They unclogged the drain for me. I will have to have more extensive work done, which doesn’t surprise me, but I was very impressed with these two technicians.

Josh is a really nice guy. It was worth it. If I didn’t get the sink done and another plumber would have waited a week before he showed up again. So why not do everything at once get it over with. Was an emergency call so I paid a little bit more money but 5 other plumber’s either had another job to do or they were finished for the day…of course they were finished for the day it was Friday… but I really like what he’s done for me. Might have to get him to repair the upstairs bathroom in the spring but it may give out before hand … lol
