Mario and his crew were top notch!! They replaced an entire 70 year old drain system in my house within a week! I had full ceramic and Saltillo tile throughout the house and they did the least amount of demo they could to make the rebuild process go even smoother. Mario was extremely honest , professional and hardworking. I would’ve responded earlier but we had some losses in our family that needed my attention. With that being said, if you need help in an emergency or have a plumbing issue. These guys will definitely take care of it for you, so you can take care of your family. That is priceless! My experience with Mr. Rooter was excellent. Mario and Oscar were very up-front and honest about my situation and were willing to explain everything clearly along the way. It was an invasive and challenging ordeal, but everyone was pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Communication over the phone was always prompt and they always showed up when they said they would. I am still in the reconstruction process, but the work done seems to be of high quality. Glad to have drainage again!
